About Peace
Hello! I am a passionate and experienced tutor dedicated to helping students excel in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics.
I am a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, a licensed teacher in Nigeria registered with TRCN, and I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. With several years of teaching experience, I have worked with students at different levels, preparing them for major examinations with outstanding results.
I am highly familiar with both the Nigerian and British curricula, having taught in Nigerian and British schools, and I have successfully guided students through WAEC and IGCSE exams. In addition, I have helped many students excel in JAMB, with consistent scores above 270 and even as high as 340.
My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex concepts. I break topics down into easy, understandable steps, ensuring students build a strong foundation and true confidence in their abilities.

My tutoring approach is student-centered and focused on building deep understanding rather than memorization.
I use a simple, structured teaching methodology that includes clear explanations, worked examples, guided practice, and independent problem-solving. I often break complex topics into smaller, manageable parts and use real-life examples to make abstract concepts easier to understand. I also encourage active participation by asking questions throughout the lesson to ensure the student is following and to build confidence.
For exam preparation (WAEC, JAMB, IGCSE and GCSE), I incorporate past questions, timed practice, and exam strategies to help students become familiar with question patterns and improve their speed and accuracy.
Typical lessons last 60 minutes, but this can be adjusted depending on the student’s needs and attention span.
My lessons are suitable for:
