About Ashwini
I am Ashwini, a Chemical Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore. I have over 4 years of professional experience working as a Senior Scientist at Biocon Ltd, where I was involved in scaling up pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and as a Process Development Engineer at Sravathi Advanced Process Technologies, where I specialized in flow chemistry and continuous process development.
My work has given me deep practical knowledge of Thermodynamics, Chemical Reaction Engineering, Heat Transfer, and Flow Chemistry — the very subjects I now teach.
I have also been recognized for academic excellence, receiving the Best Project Award from the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers for my work on microreactor optimization. I have two published research papers in the field of chemical engineering.
I am patient, structured, and passionate about making complex engineering concepts easy to understand. I genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects they find challenging.

I am a Chemical Engineer with over 4 years of industry experience at Biocon Ltd and Sravathi Advanced Process Technologies. I specialise in teaching Thermodynamics, Chemical Reaction Engineering, Heat Transfer, and Flow Chemistry to bachelor's level students.
My teaching approach is practical and industry-focused. I connect textbook concepts to real-world manufacturing and process challenges, helping students truly understand the subject rather than just memorise formulas.
