About Bader
I am Najoua Bader, a dedicated and highly qualified tutor with a strong academic background and extensive teaching experience in chemistry, chemical engineering, and related fields. I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering and have worked both in higher education and in industry, which allows me to explain complex concepts with clarity, structure, and real-world relevance. My teaching style is professional, patient, and supportive. I understand that many students feel overwhelmed or discouraged when facing challenging scientific subjects. As a tutor, my approach is structured, student-centered, and focused on building both understanding and confidence. I believe that complex scientific concepts become accessible when they are explained clearly, step by step, and connected to real-world applications. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to help them think critically and independently.

A typical lesson begins with a brief review of key concepts, followed by worked examples and targeted exercises. We then focus on practice problems, exam-style questions, or real industrial applications, depending on the student’s goals. I end each session with a summary and clear next steps.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my strong academic background combined with real industrial and teaching experience. I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering and have taught at university level, worked as a process engineer, and mentored students across multiple disciplines.
