About Maxwell
I went to John Monash Science School, now Currently studying an advanced science degree at Monash university. I my passion for teaching was something i discovered though Since then I’ve ventured into teaching as a career. I have had a couple other jobs in education in addition to tutoring for both primary and high school students and enjoy teaching across both age brackets.

I find the best way to learn a topic for school is by doing. For school students need not only to comprehend and remember the content but to able to the perform in the sometimes unique way the school assesses this knowledge. With that in mind I go over topic questions with the student and get them to explain their thinking and approach so I can correct and validate where relevant. For higher levels of education I also explore the method by which questions and written and what they are looking for. Unfortunately common issue in VCE is providing an answer with correct information but that wasn’t quite what they were looking for and this really helps to address that. I’m also more than happy to go over content with students before they comprehend it enough to questions about it explaining it in whatever way is best for their learning.
