About Nova
My journey into Chemistry began with a fascination for how invisible particles interact to create visible change. This curiosity led me to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry followed by a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, where I explored both theoretical understanding and practical application. Over 12 years of teaching, I have supported students across different academic levels, helping them overcome fear and confusion through clarity and encouragement.
I believe strong Chemistry teaching requires empathy and adaptability. Many learners feel overwhelmed by formulas and reactions, so I focus on building understanding gradually and reinforcing concepts through repetition and explanation. I create a supportive environment where questions are welcomed and mistakes are viewed as part of the learning process, helping students build confidence over time.
Outside of teaching, I stay engaged with Chemistry through scientific reading, applied analysis, and continuous professional learning. These experiences enrich my lessons and keep them relevant. Teaching Chemistry is deeply fulfilling because I witness students grow from uncertainty into confidence, discovering their ability to think logically and solve complex problems independently.

Chemistry becomes engaging and understandable when students see how abstract concepts connect to observable reactions and real-world applications. My lessons focus on building strong foundations in atomic structure, bonding, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, kinetics, acids and bases, and organic principles through calm, structured explanation. I guide learners step by step, ensuring they understand not only what happens in a reaction, but why it happens. This approach helps reduce memorization and builds genuine conceptual clarity.
Lessons are carefully adapted to the learner’s level and goals. Beginners focus on basic chemical language, formula interpretation, and simple calculations. Intermediate learners develop confidence with reaction mechanisms, mole concepts, equilibrium, and laboratory reasoning. Advanced learners work on multi-step numerical problems, exam techniques, conceptual integration, and data interpretation. Each session includes guided practice, error correction, and explanation refinement to strengthen understanding.
Chemistry lessons also support broader intellectual growth. Students develop patience, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Many gain confidence in handling complex problems without panic. My goal is to help learners feel capable and curious, transforming Chemistry from an intimidating subject into a logical and rewarding discipline they can approach with confidence.
