About Marianne
I am a Chemistry tutor with 8 years of experience and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry. I enjoy making Chemistry approachable by connecting scientific theories with practical situations that students can easily understand.
My teaching style combines clear explanations, patient guidance, and continuous encouragement. I adapt lessons to suit different learning styles while helping students develop confidence through structured learning and regular practice.

My Chemistry lessons are designed to help students understand scientific concepts through logical explanations and practical applications. We explore atomic structure, periodic trends, molecular bonding, acids and bases, organic chemistry, chemical reactions, equilibrium, electrochemistry, laboratory safety, and solution chemistry using clear language and relatable examples. Every lesson encourages learners to understand why chemical processes happen instead of simply remembering facts. Learning becomes enjoyable when every topic builds naturally upon previous knowledge.
As students gain confidence, we practice stoichiometry, thermochemistry, reaction mechanisms, concentration calculations, analytical chemistry, experimental interpretation, laboratory methods, and examination preparation through carefully structured learning activities. I explain each topic thoroughly while encouraging learners to solve problems independently using scientific reasoning. Guided practice, revision sessions, and detailed feedback strengthen both conceptual understanding and calculation accuracy.
My goal is to help students become confident Chemistry learners who enjoy scientific exploration. Every lesson develops observation skills, logical thinking, and a strong academic foundation for future science studies.
