About Vindya
I have a doctorate degree in chemistry and I worked as a teaching assistant at Kent State University for 5 years and at University of Peradeniya for 1 year. In addition to that I have 2 years of private tutoring experience.

My teaching strategy consists of three main important components. First, it is my firm belief that lesson planning is essential in order to implement lessons that clearly identify the lesson objective. Second, I believe that students should be actively engaged in the learning process. For this reason, I use problem sets comprehensively in all of my teaching. Third, I strongly believe that evaluation of my own teaching skills and assessment of my students’ progress is very important.
