About Naeva
I completed a B.Sc in Chemistry followed by an M.Sc in Physical Chemistry, academic experiences that deepened my understanding of both theoretical principles and quantitative reasoning. Over 11 years of teaching, I have guided learners through chemistry by emphasizing clarity, structure, and confidence-building. Teaching has shown me that many challenges arise not from difficulty itself, but from gaps in foundational understanding.
My teaching philosophy centers on patience and structured guidance. I focus on breaking complex ideas into manageable steps while maintaining scientific accuracy and conceptual depth. Visual explanation, repeated application, and guided problem-solving are key elements of my approach. Lessons are adapted to each learner’s pace so that confidence and accuracy grow together.
