About Pooja

My love for Chemistry began with an interest in understanding the invisible processes that shape the world—how substances interact, transform, and create new possibilities. This passion encouraged me to pursue an M.Sc in Chemical Science, where I studied molecular behavior, reaction principles, and laboratory methods in depth. Over 11 years of teaching, I’ve learned how to support students with clarity, patience, and a calm approach. I teach with empathy and structured guidance. I understand that Chemistry can feel overwhelming, so I break complex ideas into simple steps and connect them to real-life examples. I encourage curiosity, celebrate progress, and help students develop strong reasoning skills that build confidence over time. Beyond teaching, I enjoy exploring chemistry research, experimenting with safe educational demonstrations, and reading about scientific innovations. These interests allow me to keep lessons relevant and engaging. Teaching Chemistry brings me joy because I get to watch students discover confidence and a deeper appreciation for the science around them.

About the lesson

Chemistry becomes much more enjoyable when students understand the meaning behind reactions, structures, and patterns. My lessons help learners explore atomic theory, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, thermodynamics, organic chemistry, and practical applications through simple explanations and supportive guidance. I focus on helping students connect ideas and approach problems confidently.

Lessons are structured to match each learner’s stage. Beginners receive guidance in basic concepts such as atoms, compounds, formulas, balancing reactions, and periodic trends. Intermediate learners explore acids and bases, energetics, reaction rates, redox processes, and organic fundamentals. Advanced students work through multi-step mechanisms, spectroscopy, equilibrium analysis, and exam-style reasoning.

Chemistry strengthens essential skills—critical thinking, precision, and scientific curiosity. Students often begin to see everyday materials, reactions, and natural processes with greater understanding. My goal is to make Chemistry feel approachable, meaningful, and inspiring.
