About Aishani
My interest in chemistry began with a curiosity about the reactions and transformations that shape the material world. This fascination led me to pursue a B.Sc in Chemistry and an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, giving me both theoretical expertise and practical laboratory experience. Over 11 years, I have helped students understand chemical concepts, develop analytical skills, and cultivate confidence through structured guidance and supportive mentorship.
I employ a teaching methodology that combines conceptual explanations, hands-on exercises, and real-world examples. Lessons emphasize understanding the logic behind chemical reactions, fostering critical thinking, and applying knowledge practically. I aim to create an engaging and supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring challenging topics and asking questions freely.
Outside the classroom, I stay engaged with chemical research, analytical projects, and educational innovation. Witnessing students progress from uncertainty to mastery, gain problem-solving skills, and develop intellectual curiosity is immensely rewarding.
