About Ivy
My fascination with Chemistry began with observing molecular behavior and the transformative power of reactions. This curiosity led me to pursue an M.Sc in Inorganic Chemistry, where I studied molecular structures, reactions, and analytical techniques. Over 7 years of teaching, I have developed a structured and patient approach that helps learners grasp complex concepts while building confidence. I focus on adapting lessons to individual learning styles, using diagrams, stepwise reasoning, and real-world applications. I encourage exploration, questioning, and independent thinking to ensure deep understanding. My teaching emphasizes clarity, logical progression, and active engagement. Outside teaching, I stay involved with laboratory research, chemical literature, and emerging applications. Bringing these insights into the classroom keeps learning dynamic and relevant.
