About Rosa
I am a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Analytical Chemistry. My passion lies in the chemistry of natural products and biomolecules. I enjoy exploring secondary metabolites, natural dyes, flavours, and biologically active compounds found in nature. My teaching focuses on helping students understand the processes of extraction and isolation of molecules from living organisms. I guide them through structural elucidation techniques to reveal the composition and function of these compounds. Lessons are interactive and rooted in real-life examples, making complex concepts accessible. I emphasise connecting theory with practical applications in the natural world.
