About Cheryl
I am a dedicated behaviorist and educator with over 10 years of experience working with students of diverse needs. At 34 years old, I have built a career centered around understanding and supporting my students' unique learning and behavioral needs. For more than a decade, I work as a special needs teacher, developing a deep expertise in breaking down complex concepts into manageable, bite-sized steps that ensure students can grasp and apply new ideas effectively.
In addition to my teaching experience, I am currently running my own educational center for over 5 years, where I specializes in behavior modification and tailored learning strategies. My hands-on experience and commitment to creating a supportive and adaptive learning environment have made me a trusted professional in the field. I am passionate about making learning accessible and meaningful for every student, using my extensive knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive change and academic success.

My teaching methodology is centered on delivering firm, bite-sized concepts that help students absorb information effectively and confidently. With over 10 years of experience in teaching children with special needs, she specializes in breaking down complex ideas into manageable steps. Her activity-based approach goes beyond worksheets, using creative and engaging exercises to make learning fun and interactive. My ability to identify individual learning gaps and enhance students' strengths ensures each child can meet their unique educational needs.
Each lesson lasts approximately 2 hours, allowing for deep engagement and tailored instruction. I have worked with more than 20 students and has a proven track record of success in fostering skill development in children aged 1-10 years old. Whether focusing on behavior modification or academic learning, my goal is to ensure every student makes meaningful progress in a supportive and structured environment.
