About Jack
I am Jack Langley, first year University student based in Nottingham. I used to be a very skinny kid and used to compete competitively for an athletics club competing in events ranging from cross country to 100m sprints. 2 years ago I made the decision that I wanted to put on some muscle, so decided to consistently go to the gym and set myself a food plan. I was able to put on 30kg of muscle.

Whether you want to lose weight or put on muscle I will specify each session towards the customer's specification and provide long-term results. However, I will take a very chilled approach partnered with motivation and perseverance as whatever the customer says goes.
