About Hui In
I am a Mandarin teacher originally, and being deemed as someone who is good at cooking Chinese cuisine. Many are wondering why I can cook good Chinese cuisine even I don't majoring Chinese culinary art. Hence, holding online Chinese culinary knowledge lessons to share cooking tips in a convenient learning mode.

In these lessons, I would convey culinary knowledge with screen sharing compiled text information and play related videos to show the cooking methods, and provide analysis and important reminders after every video ended. These lessons might be suitable for intermediate or higher level Chinese culinary doers. Handouts for every lesson can be prepared and links of videos used during the lessons can be sent to students if students think necessary. Lessons conducted in Mandarin or English.
