About Chunxiao

I am a professional Chinese language teacher and have more than 10 years' experience teaching Chinese as a foreign language. My former students and clients include senior NZ diplomats, government officials, banks ,business, seniors and school-aged students.

I have tutored students from beginner to advanced levels, IB and NCEA curriculum, HSK, business Chinese etc.

I hold Putonghua A2 certificate and obtain CELTA from Cambridge University. I am also a qualified Secondary School teacher( Chinese, China) and trained IB language and literature A(Chinese) educator.

About the lesson

I value students' need and interests and always create materials that are relevant to them. I have learnt task-based learning and teaching, content and language integrated learning and have been trying to integrate them into my teaching.
I am a patient tutor and are keen to create an immersed environment for students to experiment the language.
