About Rudi

Hi, I’m Rudi! I’m an HR Adviser with a BSc and MSc in Human Resource Management, as well as an Associate Member of the CIPD.
I enjoy bringing HR to life by connecting university theories with situations that actually happen in the workplace.

Research was one of the parts of university I enjoyed the most. My undergraduate dissertation explored women’s leadership in the UK and Denmark, while my master’s research focused on women leaders in the UK Civil Service.
= Both projects taught me that research becomes far more enjoyable once you find a clear direction and feel confident in your ideas.

That’s a big reason why I want to teach. I know the feeling of staring at an assignment and not knowing where to begin, and I’d love to help other students move past that stage, enjoy the process and produce work they are genuinely proud of.

About the lesson

Every student is different, so I’ll tailor each lesson to what you actually need help with. You can bring an assignment question, draft, dissertation chapter, tutor feedback or simply a topic you’re struggling to understand. We’ll break it down together and agree on clear, realistic next steps.

Lessons last 1 hour and take place online. I can help with planning and structuring assignments, critical writing, literature reviews, research methods, referencing, presentations and dissertations, as well as HRM, project management and negotiation topics. I won’t just tell you what to change; I’ll explain why, so you can become a more confident and independent student.

My lessons are for undergraduate and master’s level students.

As a current undergrad student, I struggled a lot with trying to find what topic I want to write my dissertation on. First, she asked what I enjoyed the most from studying HRM, and then suggested three topics I could potentially research. As I also work in the retail sector, we narrowed it down to exploring how the lack of sick pay affects psychological contracts and employee well-being within the UK retail sector! My supervisor was not that helpful, so during this process, Rudi was so encouraging and supportive too!

Without her help, I do not think I would have made any progress with my dissertation!
