About Víctor

I am a guitarist, composer and teacher of Flamenco/Classical/Jazz styles. For many years, I have dedicated myself to teaching guitar classes, combining it with different performances and show creations, performing in countries such as Spain, England, Turkey and Switzerland. I live in Seville where I attended and completed the superior studies (in Flamenco) at Eduardo Rebollar's Academy. In Jerez de la Frontera, I studied with International Flamenco guitarists such as Miguel Salado, Niño Jero (Periquín), Juan Diego Mateo... as well as accompanying the dance at the academy of dance by Miguel Angel Heredia and "los cernicalos" with the Jerez-born bailaora Ana María Lopez. At an academic level, I trained in modern guitar and jazz at the “L'Espai Musical” School of Music (Valencia) and I have participated in various courses and seminars on flamenco guitar technique and accompaniment to dance with Miguel Pérez and Lidia Valle (Seville) ; Oscar Herrero "Auditori de Torrent" (Valencia); harmony and composition with Rafael Riqueni "SGAE" (Valencia). I have worked as a music teacher at “L´Espai Musical” (Valencia); Guitarist accompanying the dance at the “María Carbonell” Dance Centre (Valencia); Freelance musician for musical setting and events with VLC Musica (Valencia) and modern guitar teacher at the “Amb so i art” School of music (Valencia). In 2015 I obtained the AIE scholarship for musical training at the “L´Espai Musical” school in the speciality of modern guitar.

About the lesson

The classes are taught for all levels, and all the necessary material will be provided, both videos of each class, as well as partiture and notes on harmony and musical theory created by me. In each class a part of theory is taught and then it is practised with the guitar. After the class the videos of what we have worked with the guitar will be sent that class so that the student studies at home, the notes of theory and the score. For singing accompaniment classes, singing audios with guitar and without guitar are provided, in order to practise and correct mistakes. There is also the possibility of learning harmony and musical theory so that the student can be independent and be able to improvise and compose, understanding at all times what happens on the neck. Personalised classes depending on the student's objectives.
