About Gabriel

Gabriel Jofré, Guitarist and Producer born in Santiago de Chile in 1990, starts at the instrument at 10 years old. When he began his university career in the Modern Music School, he already had some initiation in Jazz, led by Federico Dannemann, for which he focused his attention on Jazz and Traditional Chilean Music, thus being part of the Ensemble of Palomar Folk Projection (directed by Margot Loyola and Osvaldo Cádiz). In 2009, thanks to a scholarship, he settled in Quito to study at the Instituto de Música Contemporánea (IMC) of the San Francisco University of Quito (part of the Berklee International Network).
