About Deanna

Hi! My name is Deanna, I absolutely love using music as an outlet for expressing myself and to just be creative. I am passionate about teaching my students to learn the piano by making each lesson an encouraging and fun experience by getting to know my students and teaching them according to their learning styles. My teaching methods are flexible and fun, and stress the importance of proper etiquette in playing the piano.

About the lesson

I can teach beginners the art of playing piano by ear and reading music through notes and sheets. My lessons seamlessly integrate both ear training and sheet music interpretation. Each session ranges from 30 minutes to an hour. As a Grade 8 practical piano achiever in ABRSM, I bring a wealth of expertise and passion to individuals of all ages, inviting them to explore the world of piano with enthusiasm and skill.

Perfect! Deanna is my son's first piano tutor, and she’s been a wonderful guide as he begins his journey with music. My son was initially hesitant to learn, often avoiding piano because he thought it would be too challenging. However, after taking lessons with Deanna, I’ve noticed him gradually feeling more comfortable with the piano, and I’m grateful for that.

I will charge transport fees separately from RM70 hourly fees (not more than RM15). Please be noted. I will have to calculate and let you know the amount once a class is scheduled :)

Currently have time slots available on Tuesday, Thursday at 6:30pm onwards and Saturdays from 9am to 12pm.
