About Sarah
I am a classically trained violinist and violist that has worked in all sorts of gig settings (orchestral, pop, baroque, to movie sessions) in London. I have enjoyed these settings, and simultaneously it also upsets me to see how many of my peers have lost their spark and self-esteem. I prioritise how you want to feel about yourself when you play, and want to make you comfortable in your own body. Those are the results I put first before anything else.

I’ve always had a passion for including the emotional component of a student into our lessons. Many have had a past of insensitive or rigid teachers that have done more damage than good. I will make sure that I tailor your technique to what works for your body, and will include any sensations/emotions in our exploration (seeing as music is such a core part of self-expression!).
