About Debasmita
Hi, I am Debasmita Bala, a clinical dietitian, certified diabetes educator and a level 1 anthropometrist. Have been associated with many hospitals and gained exposure on various diseases.
But why here?
I want to teach you basics about why health is so so important. Be it physical, mental or gut health! All are interlinked! And it took me a lot to learn the basics and simplify it in my own version where general people get to understand the language.
I suffered a lot of health issues in my past, and studying my own subject and applying it. It changed my health drastically and improved whatever I wanted always to achieve!
Because see, if there is no health, there is no wealth,success,money,happiness. A good health has to be taken care of actully build your awesome future!
