About AndFit by Ankita
AndFit was founded by Ankita Dahiya on 3rd June 2021 with an aim to revolutionise the health and fitness of people all over the world.
Coming from a defence background, she had a very active and simple lifestyle. The urban shift for further studies resulted in same food but lesser activity. Penchant for extreme adventures, led her to boxing & looks drew her to pageants. Having an indulgent life left her dealing with obesity & body shaming. Getting wiser with several life altering experiences very early in life — rejection, shaming, conflict — she got educated & achieved a great physique. But the journey was still not over. After attempting several career & academic options ranging from finance, marketing and government services, she decided to go with what moves her- changing peoples lives through fitness and nutrition.
Working with 100+ clients globally, she was continuously seeking answers to her questions- What’s the right diet, exercise form, meditation technique & how to achieve mental wellness. And the search ended, when she founded all the answers in the ancient Indian vedas.

It's not your regular class, it's an experience of lifetime.
At AndFit, we believe every human body is different and so should be the approach towards health for each one of us. We deal with the root cause of the issue and then supplement it with healthy lifestyle changes as necessary.
Our program customises diet, training, yoga, breathing practices (pranayama) for each individual for their specific goals.
All sessions are-
1. Dynamic- You learn something new everyday and then practice it to the level of advancement. All your sessions in a month will be a mix of strength training/ resistance training/ boxing/ pilates/ body weight workouts/ yoga/ meditation/ kriyas and breathing practices (depending on your specific goal). We assure you will always look forward to the sessions because of its dynamic nature.
2. 1 on 1- You'll get a personal trainer/ yoga instructor to keep your form in check and give you the necessary motivation and knowledge required.
3. All sessions will be 50 to 60 mins long, comprising of warmup, training and stretching.
4. You'll get a mentor who will keep you accountable with your workouts and nutrition habits through consulting calls every 2 weeks.

#fitindiaAnkita is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person (which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed. The classes are stand alone, but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones.
