About Vale
I am a woman convinced that the success of a person revolves around their life balance, which is why for a few years I decided to work on that balance of my life. The balance of my day to day is to lead a life of good eating habits, sports, study, work, family and friends. In the good habits part, I consider that my health is my biggest priority which has led me to become an athlete passionate about racing and certified habits coach. I firmly believe that it is essential to exercise not only the body but also the soul and the mind, so I consider that professional challenges such as my work and my studies are part of the mental exercise that I practice to maintain that balance. And last but not least, I am a faithful person who believes in emotional balance and that is why I consider and agree with Socrates' phrase - "A life without reflection does not deserve to be lived." Reflection is part of my day, making spirituality the exercise of my soul, I consider that we must nurture ourselves with good thoughts and experiences to enjoy this life.
