About Paula
Hello! I'm Paula, I'm 27 years old and I'm fascinated by the world of holistic health.
Combining nutrition with emotional intelligence helps us improve our self-esteem exponentially and find that balance that will make us feel at peace. I guide you towards a more intuitive diet.
And apart from my professional world, I love surfing, yoga and skateboarding.
In 5 years I see myself with my own little house in a tropical country where I can do workshops and retreats on food.
