About Katt
I have been coaching and mentoring since 2015 with a passion for those who are experiencing stress from past situations, depression, anxiety, grief, and learning disabilities as disparate as this list may seem. I have coached and mentored probably 30 or 40 people over the years in how to manage their emotions immediately in stressful situations, freeing them to think clearly. I can work one-to-one or in a group setting depending on which modality we are working

My teaching approach is conversational and relaxed which allows my charge to feel comfortable working together. During the initial interview process, I work with my clients to get to the nitty-gritty of what is going on deep inside their psyches so we can break old patterns and programming and establish new ways of thinking and seeing.

This first lesson is free to allow you to get to know your teacher so that they can best meet your needs.

Details
All lessons are paid up-front and are one hour in duration. If the client is a no call/no show for a scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued. I also offer discounts for group settings minimum 5 people at $25/hour, 10 people at $20/hour. All lessons will be via Zoom.
