Coaching & mentoring are very similar in their aims, but what is suitable for you will depend on what you would like to get out of it. For example; If you are looking to start a business and want specific advice around strategy then you would benefit from mentoring. If you would like to change career but don't know what you want to do then a form of coaching would be better.
