About Olga
I am a mix of a make things happen person and business effectiveness lover. Human Resources and Change enthusiast. Feel very comfortable across levels and multiculturally. Love seeing results, very flexible, caring for people growth, confident communicator. Multilevel (incl C-level) experience of managing different stakeholder groups made me a good negotiator. Used to be quite a fun people manager of 5-27 people in my immediate and distributed teams. In total I have 15 years of corporate and 8 years of coaching experience in HR, Change Management, Organizational and Leadership Development, Organizational Design, M&A Integration processes, Business Process effectiveness and restructuring processes across multiple countries and industries: FMCG incl manufacturing, Telecom, Media, e-Mobility. Through coaching I am helping business owners scale up their businesses, managers to build and lead teams, senior leaders to establish visibility and strategy, employees with growing potential - to grow.

My coaching sessions are all about having a constructive dialogue with a client about their challenges, development needs, professional dilemmas, people work relationships, difficult choices etc.
During the 45-50 mins meeting we will discuss your needs, I will ask questions that will make you consider new angles and stimulate out of the box thinking.
Every session will leave you with some practical result, food for thought and action plan for future.
