About Marcus
I am currently a third year medical student at UNSW studying in Coffs Harbour. Previously I studied a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biomedical Science at the University of Queensland for two years with a GPA of 6.08 out of 7. I have previous experience tutoring university students in several courses including chemistry and psychology. I enjoy explaining concepts to others, something I have become adept at through collaborative activities throughout my medical degree and past university experience.

My teaching method includes exploring scenarios my students find difficult, and going through concepts slow and methodically. If presented with any problems encountered in class I will work with my students to dissect what they are finding difficult into smaller, more manageable chunks that we can work together to solve. I also aim to help students understand sections of assignments and homework they may find difficult so they can develop the skills to confidently approach similar scenarios in the future.
