I am from Southern California, a graduate from Brigham Young University-Idaho this year with a bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies. My focus for my degree was working and helping individuals be more independent, receive coaching advice/counsel regarding relational or life concerns and motivate them to work towards their goals to have healthier relationships in your life, and become self-reliant!

- Have a get to know the individual to know specific needs, concerns and goals they want to accomplish,
-Weekly (or how ever many days per week needed per individual) meetings over zoom or messaging for 45min to 1 hour per session
-Give practice examples in meeting and practice with individual
-Give homework-like practices to do for the certain goals and needs they desire to be met
-A great listener at finding the root concern/problem they want to work on by asking the right questions
Lessons: for ages 14yrs-25yrs
Bachelor's degree in Marriage & Family Studies emphasis in adolescent-adult life & relationship education
For individuals struggling with maintaining and keeping healthy relationships in their life; develop essential life skills to use and apply to become more independent
