About Alexis
I have worked as a trainer for a corporate company for years, and I have developed many techniques to teach complicated subjects. Learning is a passion of mine. I am a college student currently studying Data Analytics which gives me a strong background in math. I was studying nursing before an injury which allowed me to get a strong science base as well.

I typically teach by allowing people to make mistakes, and then explaining why the mistake was wrong. I feel this is what helps turn memorization into understanding. The “why” behind each step.
I like to be very in-depth, but I can provide succinct explanations for those with a general understanding as well.
I can tutor middle school or high school. I have a high level understanding of English and Algebra applicable to college students as well.
