Catia is a trustworthy teacher because she’s really taken the time to get to know me and understand the kind of music I want to play. She’s also willing to take things slow to make sure I understand how to play the chords correctly. She’s a very kind and caring teacher.

Catia was a director for the Production Lost and Found. She was always open and vulnerable in creating her music, which inspired me to not only put my heart into my music but also to become a director myself.

Catia is a very patient, kind, and qualified musician. Her experience and approach makes her easy to work with. I’ve collaborated with Catia in the leadership of multiple concert events where she was in charge of teaching music to high schoolers and succeeded to put together two rock concerts, which were her initiative. Her songs have been presented in productions and touched a lot of people due to its activist and vulnerable tone. As a current Berklee College of Music student and private instructor myself I can assure that Catia’s ability to teach music is proficient and efficient. I have taken music theory classes along her side and she understands the concepts well enough and manages her instrument with such a skill that she is well qualified to teach young aspiring musicians and get them started in this adventure of exploring their creativity through the playing of an instrument.

Catia is very kind and patient while being the director of a high school theater show. I'm confident that Catia will be an excellent guitar tutor since she did a great job getting to know everyone in the play and organizing so that the show went smoothly. She is also very funny and left so many people smiling even after a long day of rehearsal.

Catia is a great teacher, she showed excellent leadership in the many student lead shows she directed, and within her band. Catia has been playing guitar for a long time, is in an amazing band, and had an even better teacher, so she really has a lot of experience to share with her students. Catia is very easy going, and patient, perfect with anyone new to the guitar. 10/10 would recommend.
