About Princess Joy

As your teacher, I want to assure you that I will always do my best to be professional, respectful, and fair to everyone. I will create a classroom where you feel comfortable sharing your ideas, asking questions, and learning from your mistakes without fear of being judged. I will treat each of you with patience and understanding while also maintaining the discipline and standards expected in our class. You can expect me to be prepared, responsible, and committed to helping you learn. Most importantly, I want you to know that I value your growth and success, and I will always do my best to support you throughout our learning journey.

About the lesson

As a third-year student in the College of Teacher Education majoring in English, my lessons are becoming more focused on both English language and teaching. I learn about different literary works, language research, teaching strategies, assessment, lesson planning, and how to effectively teach English to different kinds of learners. I also study literature from different cultures and analyze texts to understand their meanings, themes, and relevance to society. Aside from gaining knowledge in English, I am also learning how to create engaging activities, use appropriate teaching methods, integrate technology, and manage a classroom. These lessons are helping me develop my communication, critical thinking, creativity, and confidence as I prepare myself to become an English teacher in the future.
