About Rachel
I am a current Colorado State University student and an aspiring writer. One thing about me is that I have always had a passion for helping others. That is why I have decided to become a tutor, to combine the two things I love most! As a tutor, I will combine my own learned skills in the English arena as well as whatever may be required for the advancement of my students.

With every student, an end goal regarding what the student wishes to achieve by the end of the session will be discussed. The student will highlight a target skill they wish to work on, and I will tailor my materials and lesson plans accordingly. For example, if a student happens to be practicing for an exam, they will most likely prefer if I use the materials they already have for their class. In this case, I would build a lesson plan around their provided materials. My lessons are meant to be flexible and based upon student need. Currently I am tutoring K-12 level students who are seeking supplemental learning in Academic English. Come join my virtual classroom!
