About Nithya

I’m Nithya, a Women’s Hormone & Thyroid Wellness Coach.

I work with women who feel stuck in their bodies — dealing with PCOS, thyroid imbalances, hormonal weight gain, fatigue, bloating, anxiety, and chronic stiffness or pain.
My approach is different from traditional fitness.
I don’t believe in pushing harder or exhausting your body to see results. Instead, I help you understand your body and work with it — so you can heal, get stronger, and lose fat in a sustainable way.
I combine Pilates, yoga therapy, breathwork, and strength training to address the root causes of imbalance — not just the symptoms.
Through my sessions, you will:
• Improve core strength and pelvic stability
• Reduce inflammation and feel lighter in your body
• Support hormone balance and metabolism
• Build strength without burnout
• Improve posture, mobility, and energy levels

My sessions are personalized and focused on long-term results, not just workouts.
Each session (45–60 mins) is tailored based on your body, goals, and health condition — especially for women dealing with hormonal imbalance, thyroid issues, weight gain, or fatigue.

Premium Add-On (Optional)
For those who need deeper support, I offer detailed nutrition coaching with ongoing guidance, meal structuring, and check-ins, along with priority support (9 AM – 6 PM) to help you stay consistent and accountable.
Packages are recommended for best results, as consistency is key for fat loss and hormonal balance.
I work with a limited number of clients to ensure personal attention and quality coaching.
