With over 30 years of personal practice, deep experiences and related studies, I am here to be your companion and supportive friend in this phase of your life.

I started this personal journey many years ago with Buddhist meditation (Vipassana as taught by Goengaji) and ended up re-discovering what Meditation truly is. I call it Natural Meditation. Others call it True Meditation, Reawakening, and so on. This is a wisdom pertaining in many esoteric Asian and other world traditions, and its a knowing that is reviving right now as the Earth is undergoing deep changes.

I am a being of Nature, like you are, and whose presence is catalytic and purifying. I hold a still and active space for you to go deeper into your purification. Silence, Nature and Moving into Life are our best teachers.

I have an academic background in studying meditation and nature connection. My PhD was an investigation on how people transform through modern yoga and meditation methods, and my post-doc, through engagement with physical activity in natural environments. These studies were very useful because they paved the way for re-prespectivising what Meditation is.

With qualifications and additional studies in Mindfulness teaching, Dance Meditation & Movement Tutoring, Nature & Animal Connection Facilitation, Counselling techniques and Somatic Trauma Therapy, I have led for over 20 years hundreds of courses for groups and individuals in an NHS Mental Health Recovery Learning Programme in the UK. I have also led residential group retreats and workshops as a private facilitator both online and face-to-face.

Currently, I work online with anyone who feels ready to commit to themselves and a truly positive future here on Earth.

On our first meeting we explore our connection and feel if we are a good match. If we are, we continue in a way that is mutually agreed upon.

My role is to hold a frequency of stillness, so that whatever needs to shed goes smoother and quicker. You learn how to truly meditate. At the same time, we both strengthen as we recharge our bioenergetic field plugging into the 'mains'. I never tell you what to do because you have all the answers within you. As purification deepens and you learn how to not interfere with it, all these answers and directives come forward. You embody the resonance between us and you put aside what doesnt resonate. I also support with how to continuously re-apply your new charge in the world as it builds up and needs to express.

PLEASE NOTE: The sessions are specifically for the people who are ready to commit to themselves, and are ready for true change. For people who may have tried everything but nothing has 'worked' so far. Also, for those who have never ventured into the 'meditation world' before, or know little about it, and are curious, you are also welcomed.

  • 1) How long have you been interested in the field of well-being and are you practicing?

    It started when I was a teenager and experiencing bouts of depression; I spontaneously discovered the power of movement meditation by simply putting on music in my room and dancing, moving my body according to how I was feeling. I could see the amazing effect that this had on my overall well-being and I kept consciously dancing! Later on and at 25 years old, I got into Buddhist Meditation as taught by Goenga, which offered a good foundation for the way my spiritual path unfolded thereafter. Along side this, I have a very long background in Body work that includes skills and qualifications in fitness, exercise and movement as a way to wellness and well being. And yes I am 'practicing', however, it goes beyond 'practicing' nowadays and at this stage, rather, its THE way of being and living all the time - and this is the way it is and can be for everyone.
  • 2) Tell us what your discipline can bring to people's lives.

    It is simply remembering the way we truly function as human beings on the Earth. We return back to ourselves in a very powerful way that resolves personal traumas and challenges, revealing to us the key mechanism of our superordinary guidance system, as well as positively influence and change negative world situations that threaten to affect and dominate our lives.
  • 3) Could you provide some instant top tips to help us feel good in body and mind?

    Yes, I call it the framework:

    Hold onto nothing, both positive and negative. How? By engaging with the framework as a foundation:

    Pause, sit alone and sense your physicality without interfering, no matter what's happening inside you or outside of you.
    Be in Nature wherever you are. Spend time feeling the elements and your own self.
    Move. 'Move as you feel' putting emotions, feelings, thoughts into movement, with or without music.
  • 4) How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

    The methodless method. There is a way of 'meditation' called Tayutau in Japanese, where you are just receptive:
    "Not meditation. Not mindfulness.
    No control. No goal. No answer to seek".
    And yet, you receive all that you need for the benefit of all beings!
    This describes a big part of what I am sharing.
  • 5) With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

    We can ALL heal, change and create the new, no matter what life we are currently living. And we are so powerful that when we claim that power - which is the Universe embodying as us and communicating in us - we drive our world into a positive, for all beings, existence.
  • 6) Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

    Every person I have met in my life including all 'students' have inspired me and showed me how to keep going and never give up.
  • 7) How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

    The framework.
  • 8) Tell us about a memorable lesson

    Going through a health issue which showed me - at least one of the things it did show me! - that anything unresolved in life will inevitably come up for purification and realignment. It literally brought me to my knees. I was real and embracing all feelings. I gave it stillness, Nature and movement, whilst holding a desired vision for my body and life. It was very tough but I came out the other side having new pathways unfolding and a stronger, more resilient physicality.
