My approach focuses on conceptual clarity over rote memorisation. Because my background is in Biotechnology, I bridge the gap between textbook theory and real-world scientific applications. I do not just teach students what to memorise for an exam; I teach them how biological systems function, using 3D visual models, interactive digital whiteboards, and real-life examples. What makes me unique is my adaptive teaching style. Every student processes scientific data differently. I diagnose a student’s specific cognitive blockages early on—whether they struggle with spatial visualisation (like DNA replication) or data interpretation (like genetic crosses)—and tailor my analogies to fit their exact learning style. Proficiency & Languages I am completely proficient in English and conduct all my lessons, study materials, and assessments in English to ensure students are thoroughly prepared for international and local academic standards. What to Expect in a Typical Lesson Every lesson is structured to maximise retention and eliminate exam anxiety: The First 10 Minutes: A quick, high-energy recall quiz covering the previous session's core concepts. The Core 30 Minutes: Breaking down new, complex topics into digestible, bite-sized modules using shared digital diagrams and step-by-step breakdowns. The Final 20 Minutes: Active problem-solving. We tackle actual past exam questions together so the student learns exactly how to apply the new knowledge under exam conditions and decode tricky marking guidelines.
