I believe that learning a language is not just about mastering grammar rules and vocabulary lists; it's about immersing oneself in the culture, connecting with others, and broadening one's horizons. As a tutor, I aspire to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to explore the language at their own pace, take risks, and celebrate their progress along the way.

I've always been fascinated by languages and the connections they foster between people from different backgrounds. Spanish, in particular, has captured my interest due to its rich cultural heritage, global significance, and the vibrant communities of speakers around the world.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is to create an engaging and interactive learning environment that caters to the needs and interests of each individual student. My techniques focus on a combination of speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities to develop a well-rounded understanding of the language.

For Leaving cert classes detailed H1 notes will be provided as well as oral exam preparation.

The typical length of a lesson can be between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

My lessons are suitable for students at beginner to intermediate levels, including teenagers and adults. I am flexible and adaptable in tailoring my teaching approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each student.

While I am still in my second year of college, I have gained
a lot of experience tutoring peers and younger students in Spanish. I have been giving leaving cert grinds for 2 years. I also lived in Spain for four months attending a Spanish language programme.
