About Arshpreet Kaur
Arsh graduated with an LLB (Hons) from Aberystwyth University, Wales, U.K. in 2014 before she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Currently, she acts as a regional corporate counsel for an Australian multinational digital media and technology consulting group in the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to her current role, she had gained multidisciplinary exposure during her practice in top legal firms in Malaysia, which led her to eventually head the Corporate & Commercial Practice in her own law firm, where she provided the highest possible level of legal service to senior management and board of directors. She has handled an extensive range of corporate transactions across various industries, including technology, digital media, e-commerce, FinTech, advertising, FMCG, entertainment, healthcare and manufacturing.
