About Erin

I’m a vocal tutor with more than 5 years of experience and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance. My passion is helping adults enjoy singing without pressure. Many of my students are beginners or hobbyists rediscovering their love for music. Others want to sing in community choirs or casual social events.

I create a relaxed and supportive learning environment. Students feel comfortable exploring their voice. Mistakes are part of the process.

In our lessons, we work on breathing, posture, and vocal relaxation. We also focus on tone development and vocal confidence. Mindfulness helps singers stay calm and focused.

I enjoy teaching genres like Jazz, Folk, Blues, and Contemporary Adult music. These styles allow singers to express personality and emotion. Music becomes personal.

I believe singing is a wonderful form of creativity and self-care. It can boost confidence and bring joy. If you want to start or return to singing, you are warmly welcome. Let’s enjoy the experience together.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is built around discovering each student’s unique voice. I believe every singer has natural strengths that can be developed with the right training. My goal is to help students shape their sound with confidence. Singing should feel joyful and expressive.

Lessons focus on breath support, resonance, projection, and tone shaping. These techniques help create a strong and healthy voice. We also practice different vocal qualities including belting, head voice, and mixed voice. These skills expand vocal range.

Students follow exercises that strengthen tone and improve vocal control. We also focus on relaxation and posture. Good habits make singing easier.

I especially enjoy working with learners developing their solo voice and adults beginning their singing journey. Each lesson is adjusted to meet their needs. Guidance is always supportive.

My goal is to create a comfortable learning space where singers feel encouraged to grow. Over time their voice becomes more confident and expressive. Together we unlock your full vocal potential.
