About Greta
My interest in computer programming began when I first discovered how computers follow precise instructions to perform complex tasks. I was fascinated by how lines of code could create software applications that help people solve problems and manage information. This interest encouraged me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and later complete a Master’s in Computer Science.
Over the past 8 years, I have taught programming to students who wanted to learn coding for academic courses, personal projects, or technology-related careers. Through teaching experience, I realized that many learners feel uncertain when they first begin programming because the syntax and logical structures appear unfamiliar. Because of this, I focus on explaining concepts clearly and providing step-by-step guidance while students practice coding.
My teaching approach emphasizes patience, experimentation, and consistent practice. I encourage students to explore coding ideas, analyze their programs carefully, and understand why each part of the code works. Helping learners develop confidence in programming and discover the satisfaction of solving problems through code is one of the most rewarding aspects of my teaching experience.

My computer programming lessons are designed to help students understand how software is created using logical instructions written in programming languages. Programming is not only about writing code but also about learning how to think systematically and solve problems using structured logic. In my lessons, I guide students through programming concepts step by step so they can develop a clear understanding of how computer programs operate.
Lessons usually begin with the basic concepts of programming such as variables, data types, and simple input and output instructions. Students learn how programming languages allow them to communicate with computers and how logical conditions help control program behavior. These early lessons help learners understand the structure of simple programs before moving on to more complex tasks.
As students gain confidence, lessons expand to include loops, functions, arrays, and object-oriented programming concepts. Students practice writing programs that solve real problems and learn how to identify and correct errors in their code. My goal is to help learners build strong programming foundations so they can develop both technical skills and logical problem-solving abilities that are valuable in many academic and professional fields.
