I use a student-centred, concept-focused teaching approach, helping learners understand the reasoning behind mathematical methods rather than memorising formulae. Lessons are interactive and structured, with clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and regular checks for understanding. I adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s level and learning pace, using practical examples and guided practice to build confidence and accuracy. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, though shorter sessions can be arranged where appropriate.
I am a Computer Science graduate, a field built on strong mathematical foundations such as algebra, logic, and analytical problem-solving. Alongside my academic background, I have a genuine passion for teaching mathematics and enjoy helping students overcome difficulties and develop confidence in the subject.
