About Kyle
I have been a Math Tutor for 4 years now and have excelled at it for a while now. I currently go to the University of Toronto where I study computer science. I had a 4.0 gpa in high school and graduated with an IB diploma. My lessons are typically quite fun and engaging so that students learn an incredible amount. Teaching is a great passion of mine that I wish to share with students.

-I believe in making sure that students truly learn the material and that they enjoy the process.
From feedback in the past this is what sets me apart from the rest of the tutors:
-I know the material that I am covering extremely well, so that parents are quite impressed with my knowledge in the field; they trust me to shape their kids future.
-Their kids are actually engaged with the learning process so that they are actually retaining the information. Since I am still in University, I am young enough to understand the current trends.
-I can adjust teaching styles to suit different students
Lesson plan (sessions last one hour with a 5 minute break included):
FIRST 15 MINUTES:
review current material and test them upon it so that they truly master it.
SECOND 15 MINUTES:
Teach what they are going to learn in school next. Give them a preview of what they are going to learn next so that they are prepared when they learn it in school.
BREAK 5 MINUTES:
Most Adults can barely focus for 30 minutes so a 5 minute break is deserved.
THIRD 15 MINUTES:
Continue covering content that they will be learning.
LAST 15 MINUTES:
Go back to testing them upon their current material and make the questions ones that require a ton of thinking so that they know the material incredibly well.
I TEACH:
-High school students and prepping them for University.
-Middle school students and prepping them for High school.
-Or anyone that wants to learn the basics of programming.
