About Amy

I am a fourth year computer science student at the University of Ottawa. I have also been creating small applications (both for PC and mobile) as well as website for my personal use. I have been tutoring people in various subjects for 8 years and have been programming for 9.

About the lesson

I like to encourage my students to think and solve problems for themselves. I will push you to work through a problem by asking pointed questions and running small scenarios. In addition, I provide bits of broken code so my students can try to fix them as additional practice.

To schedule a lesson, please use my personal calendar at (concealed information) The first hour is provided for free.

Perfect! Amy is definitely an excellent tutor. She is very patient and friendly. She listens to your question and also asks you questions during the lesson, which helped me to think about the challenge. She demos the solution and shows you step by step, helps me to visualize for future challenges.
I highly recommend her as a tutor.
