About Rachel

With 5 years of experience in piano teaching and professional work, I am deeply committed to music education. I teach piano to school and college students, guiding them with clarity and encouragement. One of the most meaningful achievements in my career has been seeing students improve steadily and perform with confidence.

I focus on strong foundations, regular practice, and musical understanding. My lessons are designed to be simple, engaging, and effective. I believe piano learning should be enjoyable and inspiring, helping students grow both musically and personally.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for piano is friendly, structured, and focused on strong foundations, guided by motivation, communication, integrity, and creativity. I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace.

Motivation is built by encouraging progress and helping students enjoy each stage of learning. Communication is simple and clear, using demonstrations and step-by-step explanations to improve understanding. Integrity is central to my teaching as I emphasise correct hand position, posture, rhythm control, and accurate note reading.

Creativity is developed by allowing students to express themselves through music and explore different genres. In addition to piano, I teach music theory, chord techniques, sight-reading, rhythm practice, ear training, and basic music notation.
