About Marielle Rose
I am a conservatory-trained operatic soprano. For the last 15 years, I have been performing throughout Europe and the United States, at venues including the Metropolitan Opera, Salzburg Festival, and Oper Leipzig. I understand the importance of a healthy vocal technique and aim to make singing as fun and accessible to all!

I have been studying voice and performing professionally on an international level for many years. I tailor each lesson to every student, well aware that this is not a one-size-fits-all pursuit. My technique is derived from the Italian Bel Canto school, utilizing healthy, efficient, and natural practices to help each student find their true voice.
A typical lesson begins with a set of warmups, or vocalises, in order to make sure the voice is in the healthiest place possible. We use that time to establish good vocal
habits and correct any technical difficulties. Next, we put these technical concepts into practice through repertoire. Depending on the student’s level, we will explore art songs and Lieder, operatic arias, and much more. We will touch upon foreign language diction and musicianship, and of course, have fun and make music together.
I specialize in classical and operatic repertoire, and aim to emphasize establishing a solid technique to best serve musicianship, foreign language, and artistry.
My lessons are fun, engaging, and inspiring. I want every student to discover new things about themselves through this beautiful art form, gaining confidence and skills throughout the process. My lessons are most appropriate for students 15 and older who are serious about learning the art of classical singing. No prior experience necessary—we will go on the journey together!
