• At what age did you start practicing this sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

  I started dancing at the age of 5, and very quickly it became a central part of my life. I trained in a conservatory, where I followed a structured and demanding program that led me to obtain my diploma. This period was intense but incredibly formative—it taught me discipline, rigor, and a deep understanding of technique, while also allowing me to develop my artistic expression.

• What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you’d still like to discover?

  Dance is the discipline I practice at the highest level, with both technical and artistic training from the conservatory. Alongside that, I enjoy Pilates and long walks to maintain my physical condition and overall well-being. I would love to discover surfing, as I’m drawn to the connection with nature and the sense of freedom it offers.

• What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue this craft?

  Dance is a true form of expression for me. It allows me to convey emotions, tell stories, and connect with others without words. What motivates me even more today is sharing this passion—seeing my students grow, gain confidence, and enjoy dancing is incredibly fulfilling.

• Do you have an achievement that you’re particularly proud of?

  I’m especially proud of my journey at the conservatory and obtaining my diploma, which represents years of dedication and hard work. Beyond that, being able to transmit what I’ve learned and adapt it to each student is something I value deeply.

• How have your achievements and challenges made you a better athlete?

  Training at the conservatory exposed me to high standards and challenges, both physical and mental. It taught me perseverance, precision, and resilience. These experiences allow me today to better guide my students, understand their difficulties, and support them effectively.

• If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

  I would choose Akram Khan. I deeply admire his unique artistic vision and the way he blends classical and contemporary dance styles. I would ask him how he developed such a strong identity as an artist, how he approaches creativity and storytelling through movement, and how he continues to reinvent himself throughout his career.

• How do you help people stay motivated?

  I create a supportive and positive environment where students feel comfortable and encouraged. I set realistic goals, highlight progress, and adapt my teaching to each individual. I believe motivation comes from feeling capable and enjoying the process.

• What makes you a Superprof?

  My conservatory training, combined with my ability to adapt to each student, makes me a dedicated and effective teacher. I focus not only on technique but also on confidence, expression, and enjoyment. I truly care about my students’ progress and aim to make every class both enriching and motivating.
