About Nina

I am a professional contortionist, I perform in Paris and abroad and I regularly give private / group lessons. I started gymnastics at a very young age, and I turned to the circus, especially aerials. I have been practicing contortion professionally for 5 years. At the same time, I am a graduate teacher of Pilates and am an avid practitioner of yoga. So I have a deep knowledge of the body, anatomy and movement.

About the lesson

Hello, I am a professional contortionist and I offer private lessons (or small groups) in contortion / flexibility / stretching. You should know that contortion is a complete circus discipline, combining flexibility, acrobatics and balance. It's a bit of yoga taken to the extreme, less the spiritual aspect :) I am committed to adapting my pedagogy to each student, each body being different. Perfect! Nina helped me a great deal in helping me with the plough pose for my upper-back-problem: with her help and exceptional flexibility I was able to see what the true limit of the pose is, which helped me see how much my own progress with the pose really amounts to, and how far I still can go with it. She is very knowledgable and accomplished in yoga. Her English is very good also.

Nina est non seulement incroyablement talentueuse, mais aussi une excellente enseignante.
J'ai pratiqué le yoga avec différents professeurs dans le passé mais personne ne bat vraiment les sessions de Nina!!

Claire, sympa, agréable, elle construit les séances autour de mon niveau actuel et de mes besoins. Toujours stimulant mais aussi conscient de l'état actuel de mon corps!
