About Sariksha
Hi All
My Name is Sariksha and I am a trainer
I enjoy reading books, cooking, watching movies and talking.
I currently work in a contact center as a trainer and coach.
My role involves training and coaching adults on speaking clearly and fluently to international clients.
I also train products and services, soft skills and sales
This prompted me to go into teaching and thus I have completed my 120 hour TESOL course.
Previously for a year I helped a local preschool dealing with kids aged 4-6.
My role was to assist the teacher and help learners.
I also tutor my younger brother and his friends.
My current and previous jobs have thought me patience and helped me to develop my training and teaching approach.
Everybody learns in their own way.

My teaching philosophy is to make the content I teach more relatable. In many cases, when a student can’t identify with the material, it’s harder for them to gather meaning. As a literature teacher, my goal is to help students empathize with characters, places and concepts, especially when those things are different from their own life experiences.
