About Kayleigh
I am a qualified counsellor and support professional with extensive experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. My background spans counselling, healthcare support, education, and custodial services, giving me a broad understanding of the emotional, practical, and personal difficulties people can face at different stages of life.
I specialise in supporting clients with stress, anxiety, confidence, life transitions, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. My approach is person-centred, empathetic, and tailored to each individual’s needs, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.
With a strong foundation in safeguarding, mental health awareness, and therapeutic support, I am passionate about helping people build resilience, improve self-awareness, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
